This means that the student doesn’t register through the electronic channel, so he/she must complete the registration form through the electronic channel and obtain the number.

 

This might happen because the coordination period is over,or the student may not have completed his/her data on the electronic channel.A message will appear in the system stating that the period has expired.

No, payment splitting is not possible since the amount is fixed by the Ministry of Higher Education.
