1) What is CAC Card?
CAC CARD is one of the electronic cards issued by CAC BANK used to withdraw cash
and buy products.
2) Where it can be used?
Service prevalent in many provinces of the republic and can be used in shops selling
points, and cash withdrawals from ATMs of the bank or from any branch of the bank
in the Republic.
3) Can I enter more than one account within CAC card?
CAC card holders are entitled to grant any of their relatives or friends an additional
card is to be determined by scale desire to be deducted from the amount of the primary
card.
4) How much does CAC Card cost?
The card is given to customers free of charge, or cost of up to 1000 riyals only.

6) How long doest take to receive the card?
Vary dependable.
1. If the claimant was in Sana’a the process and the delivery of the card takes
of 24 - 48 hours.
2. If the claimant of the in (Aden Sa’dah then it takes 72 hours).
3. If the claimant in the following provinces
4. (Al-mahara - Almclae – saiun - So-gtra) takes around more then 72 hours.
7) Who is responsible for the receipt of the card?

There is a customer service number at the back of the care, immediately make a phone
call and report the lost of the card, automatically the card will get blocked .visit
any branch of the bank and apply for new card and bring any necessary evidence.
12) What should be done when the card expires?
Apply in writing for a new card and hand over the old card as well as requesting
for new card.

CAC Bank stands for (Cooperative & Agricultural Credit Bank)
The Bank of Credit and agricultural cooperative banking institutions have independent

2) Who is the owner of CAC Bank?
CacBank is banking institution owned by the state.
3) Who runs CACBank?
An experienced management structure, and high efficiency of banking staff runs CACBank.

The ultimate
authority in the bank enjoys wide power and the impertinence of rules, and regulations
of the bank. Also approves the organizational structure and grant the loans by the
bank with others, according to the studies of monetary and technical advisers provided
by CACBank.

Head of the bank Is the Supreme and the executive management, and overseeing the

5) How to communicate with CACBank’s officials?
There are 53 branches spread all over the Republic of Yemen and thus can communicate
with the staff by visiting our branches where the staff works over 12 hours per
day from eight o'clock until eight p.m. Including Fridays and official holidays,
